Hello Guys! I recently purchased Nero 7 Ultra V7232 English no YTB. Each time I try to install it, it comes up with a German installation screen. Now, I downloaded the English only version. The problem is compounded by the fact that, during the initial stage, it uninstalled or removed version 6. Now, the agreement is in English, but then it switches to German. I decided to reinstall Nero 6 and the same thing happened, German installation program. I am wondering if this has something to do with JAWS 5.1 and Windows XP Media Edition. This has not happened with my Windows XP Professional and any software.
I emailed Nero Support and got a response back from Germany instructing me to open Nero Smart Start and changing the option to english. I wonder how UI can do this prior to installing the program. I want to get through the install program. Has anyone else had this problem? I am not sure if it is a Nero problem or a JAWS issue at this point. Can anyone shed light on this one?
