Ah thanks for that Patrick, wasn't exactly sure if taking it out of 
msconfig would cause any adverse effects. But we'll have my friend do 
that then.

When I was on the phone with her yesterday she was a nervous reck 
until we rebooted her system and things seemed to work well.
Yay for computers and their interesting ways.
