Hi Folks: I recently installed a speech engine from ScanSoft. After un-installing the Speech engine, I am not able to get any SAPI 5 voices working from the Windows speech control, found in the Control panel. I receive the following message:
Speech Properties This voice cannot be played. Please try selecting another voice or selecting a different audio output device. OK I did try other devices; however with no luck.
