thanks I found one called say the time that has many features. Steve's clock
is just a clock and not an alarm clock.

There's lots.  Google should help. There's even somebody who's written
some software with interchangeable voices and has made lots of voice
files from different vintage and classic talking clocks.  I think that
one's called Steve's Talking Clock or something like that, I'm almost
sure it has the name Steve in it.
