Hello Download win rar from: http://www.rarlabs.com I believe. When you open the instal file, install the program as you would any program (keep pressing enter on next). Now, open the file your trying to play. Press alt-e to extract. Now press shift-tab until you get to the tree view and aro through and select the folder where you want the file. Press enter. This file will be there now, where you saved it. It has been "extracted"
