the only problem I know of is that with most of their software, such as the 
one that allows you to calibrate your speakers is not accessible in any way.

I tried entering from the control pannel and the same thing happens.  For

reason I have trouble accessing the disk from windows explorer, but
finally did
and installed the program in the exact manner you described.  I have
the feeling
I will have to do it again.
Are there any known issues with JFW or window-eyes and the creative
software?  I
know there used to be.
