While we're at the support subject, I might as well add the following: I emailed tech support for PNY, about fat32 and such. Got no response, so I phoned them. They actually did call back, but this time I'd called them on a USB cable. They did help me, so there support is there you just have to know how to find it. This is no way to give support though.
