Yes, Barry, I can substantiate that this problem does, in fact, exist! I urge all blinks to contact Sirius to get this rectified; I spoke to a cooperative young lady, who "flagged" our conversation, to give Sirius' Tech Support a "heads up"! Be very courteous with Sirius personnel and they try to be forthcoming! I put this young lady through the paces of listening to my screen reader, over the speaker phone and I believe she got the message! One other thing to watch out for with Sirius: They will charge your credit card, for renewal of your account, sometimes, without even alerting you that they are doing it!! It happened to me, a couple of months ago!
