Hi Andre.

Yes, it's certainly true that music of low complexity will need less
information held to represent the music.  When I've previously ripped in
variable rate MP3 format with high quality, it was difficult to find a 60's
track that wanted more than 192kbps whereas most off the music that I listen
to, 70's and 80's classic rock, is looking for 256kbps and above.

When ripping in lossless WMA, this applies variable rate and so again will
yield smaller files for music of low complexity.
