Hi.  Total Recorder can do a very nice job editing lots of different 
kinds of formats including wma, mp3, wav, ogg, pcm, and others.  It's 
very affordable and has been my editor of choice for around 3 years 
now.  There are hotkeys and menus for everything you want to do, so 
almost anyone can get the most from the software.  I recommend the 
pro version because of its feature set, but the standard version
