Hi guys,
I know that when I've played audio files backwards, it was just for fun.
I emailed a friend of mine a song once about 5 years ago or so and he asked
how I did it. I just reversed a wave file and converted it to an mp3.
The 2 practical uses of this that I could see would be first if you have
a twisted cassette and you couldn't get it untwisted. Just reverse part of
the file that's backwards on the tape and you'd be able to listen to it just
fine.
The other use I can see for reversing parts of a file would be to have
clean versions of rap songs. You reverse the curse words. That's if you
couldn't get a hold of the radio edit.
