Power DVD is actually pretty easy if you use your Applications key to access the menus. There are also many hot keys for the various functions if you care to commit them to memory. Just don't expect to hear the actual titles on the DVD since screen readers can't get this information. The best you can expect is Title 1, Title 2, etc. and the speaking of chapter numbers in the chapter submenu.
