Hi John.

You could use windows media player and rip to a range of variable bit rates
in the WMA format or rip in WMA lossless.  Media player can be set to rip
CD's automatically when inserted into your drive and spit them out when
ripping is complete.  CD's will be ripped into the same structure as they
would be with CDEX.  That is, a folder for artist, a folder within artist
for album and then the tracks.
