Hi Joe, the most reliable way to do this at present is by using the Skylook
plug-in for MS Outlook from http://www.skylook.biz. You may also try a
programme called Powergramo, but a couple of us have lost important
recordings with this app. It does have the advantage of being able to record
directly in wave though. No second sound card needed in either case, and no
special software driver that could screw things up.
