Hi Ray, one thing that you might try is to first check the file size of the audio that you are trying to play to ensure that it is the size and length that you expect. Also, if this is an ASF file, which is the default format for many, but not all, ReplayAv files, check to see if it will open and play in Windows Media Player. The reason I'm suggesting this is that I have tried to convert ASF files to other formats such as MP3 and have at times been unsuccessful, where only a portion of the file would play.
