Stephen, I as well think that this is a fabulous product. I probably would not have even found the convert to mp3 function if you had not mentioned it on the list. It seems that you're right, while just about all of the program's functions are keyboard accessible, this particular feature seems to need some mouse pointer interaction. I might suggest that you try a different WMA file, as I have had most convert successfully, but an occasional failure, just as you described.
