Sorry sir, I have no idea about the windows firewall; I can't do anything now to help you for that problem. All I can say is, when you accidentally blocked it, that could the result. If you didn't block it or you can't remember anything that you did so, maybe your windows firewall blocked it automatically. But the question is, why other users of that software did not experience that kind of problem? You ask them if is there really a registration on first launch. Maybe, but no basis, it is intercepted; for that program to be corrupted.
