I've heard of National Talk Like A Pirate Day. Amusing, but don't know that there's much point to it beyond that.
But what do you mean by "pirate music;" certainly not just *pirated* music. so, what exactly is it you're looking for suggestions for? Any music dealing with pirates; whether or not they "sing like pirates?" I've got a couple of different recordings of Weil and Brecht's "Pirate Jenny." Is that the sort of thing you're looking for?
