Hello Tallahassee! Yes, you can use Skype even you are using Windows 98. The latest version of Skype is 2.0.0.81, which you can download at http://www.skype.com/products/skype/windows/downloading.html/ Can I know what version of JAWS you are using? If you are using JAWS5 and below, you need a scripts to work with Skype.
