Ask the one who advertized that. All I know is that. Try to observe the compatibility of that application with your system. If you got the required size, and you got same result, it's maybe because of that compatibility thing. Other thing is, maybe a virus is corrupting that. I'm not saying that you have one, but, do try to give attention on that. Other source may do, but, may not. Ok?
