The SHOUTcast server works just fine with Winamp and JAWS, absolutely no accessibility concerns with it. What you need to do is familarize yourself with the .ini file that comes with the server which is where you make slight changes to it. It's actually written out in very plane and very easy-to-understand English, and it's very easy to fill in. Just save your changes when you're done and then start the server and they'll take effect.
