There are numerous stations that stream Westwood One. You just have to hunt for them. Some streams don't carry the games; others do. I honestly haven't paid enough attention to the NFL this season to give a listing; but my first point of starting would be WTEM, Washington, DC which, if not carrying local play-by-play, streams seemingly everything from the on-air broadcast.

Near the bottom of that page will be a listing of Westwood One stations.
