Brian, I assume that when you say Sony, you are talking about Soundforge, right? In my experience, I had a problem with getting an MP3 plug in activation and registration, for that product, sorted out. I had to call a toll free number, which is:
1 800 577 6642, which is a United States number. Of course, I could be barking up the wrong tree and you might be talking about another Sony product, entirely, right? Also, you are talking about Noise Reduction, which I have had no problems with! Anyway, as you already know, they are probably closed until tomorrow! Tech Support through the Internet Help site has always been inaccessible to me!
