Did you not read? I did. No success. Like I said I am returning it, because WMP, realplayer, and my computer (it comes up as a flash drive) don't do any good. And, to add to that, the files are on the player, yet they don't play. But really, if you can transfer files to a player using other programs, would it say that in the book? yes!
