The first thing I don't like about this unit is, it's not full-band
coverage.  The New York City FM dial is full, every 400KC, and the
in-betweens can readily be heard coming in from surrounding counties
and states if you have a decent receiver with an equally decent
antenna.  The so-called college band, though, is pretty empty, so I
might avail myself of the low-end-of-the-band version if I were
ordering it.

Second thing is, I think you're paying a lot of money for the extra
power supply deal. This one weighs in at $89, whic is $24 higher than
the C Crane one which, oh by the way, boasts no special band coverage
restrictions.
