Hi, no, you need to convert midi files to an audio format. For cd burning, this 
would be 44.1 khz, 16 bit, stereo. Probably the easiest way I've found of doing 
this is just to open both your sound recording program, and your midi player. 
Load the midi file, then hit record on the recorder, and hit play on the midi 
player. 

There are automatic conversion tools I herd of, but never used them myself.
