Over the last week, a few people have been reporting that sometimes, when
trying to play a Windows Media stream, they get a file download box that
says that the current file cannot be opened. I just wanted to verify that
I, too, get this. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The contents of
the dialog is below, which in this case I get when trying to listen to our
local Christmas music station:

File Download
Do you want to save this file?
Name: thebreeze.asx
Type: Windows Media Audio/Video playlist, 296 bytes
From: streaming.newcapinteractive.com
Save Cancel
The file you are downloading cannot be opened by the default
program. It is either corrupted or it has an incorrect file type. As a
security precaution, it is recommended that you cancel the
download. How can I decide what software to open?
