I am able to use most functions of the player but the software that comes with it is horible. I am an experienced jaws user and I don't mind fedling around with inaccessible staff but this was a lot more problematic. I think the same happens with the zen line of units. You can't see them as another drive in windows explorer so that you can copy folders to it. I would have bought a zen instantly if it wasn't for the software interface. Now I will get the iriver h340 instead.
