Oh, isn't that sort of what radio does? They over-emphasize the highs so it can be undone in a receiver to sound somewhat normal? It just doesn't seem worth what it'd take to buy a processor to cut the highs out of Sirius enough that when the preamp puts it back in it sounds normal.
