I did turn that on. What I want is to be able to do what I can with the TV recording program I use, and that is to have it record quietly in the background while I'm able to do other things. Boy what a mistake that mute option can be, at times it doesn't reset to unmute, not easy to make a hotkey to do that, I'm sure.
