I discovered that simply right clicking didn't bring up the correct
option.  However, you can find the "Burn with Real Player" option with
the application key or shift+f10.

I tried directly transferring songs from a cd in my cd-rom/dvd drive
through Real Player to a Sony minidisc recorder.  Couldn't do it.  I had
to first "import" the tracks into My Library and then transfer them.

I haven't tried this, but it seems as if one might get the best results
by creating a playlist and then transferring from the playlist.
