Hi Anders, Try this. If you have Winamp on your system, go into options, then file types, and select the None button. Now get into your list view of preferred file types and hit the spacebar on Mp3, M3U and OGG. Select no other file types. Now try to stream your internet audio. If it still fails, copy the link from the internet radio stream and manually paste it into Windows Media player with control U.

Subject: Can't hear streams in windows media. HellO! THere are something wrong with my windows media player 10. When i am loading streams from the internet they seem to come trhough but no sound is heard. I have tried to turn the sound on and off and checked the volum but it does¨n't matter. But there are no problems playing other files such as videos or mp3´-s in wmp. All othere streaming types are going through. Both mediaplayer and mp3 which is played with foobar2000. So if you have an answer and a solution on this problem it will be greatly appreciated. THanks in advance. /Anders. _______________________________________________ PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
