Hi. Either stereo or mono mix should let you capture streaming
audio. Also, you may have more options than you know. In the volume
control, hit alt-p, then select properties. Tab to the list of choices and
choose recording. Tab again and there will probably be a list of sound
sources which can appear in the recording dialog box. Not all of them will
be checked. You might see if Wave is there and ensure that it is
checked. Once you hit enter and therefore enter the recording volume
control, any of the sounds which you have checked will become available for
you to choose and to set the volume. To record using Goldwave, unless you
want to capture the microphone as well as the sound coming from the net,
you really only want wave output.
