hi cathy, well what you gotta do is left click with your jaws cursor on one of the first few lines of the page. usually your email address, the word artist, and after that it will go into virtual cursor and you'll be able to use it like a regular webpage. as far as downloading? I don't know, that's a new feature they've recently added that my girlfriend discovered, she's sighted and she doesn't know how she did it. but usually you just add stuff to your library and stream it when you start rhapsody. but so far none of the menues are accessible. butI still love the service.
