Hank! You can do it with "Time Stretch" under the Process menu or with
"Pitch Shift" under the Effects menu.
Pitch Shift will not only change the pitch but it will change the speed
that the song plays. There is a checkbox labeled "Preserve Duration". If
this checkbox is checked then only the pitch will change. The default is
for it to be unchecked.
