Thanks, I tried that but the sound isn't getting through to toatl Recorder.
I play the midi file through windows media player but it's not getting
through to total recorder. I can record off radio stations on total
recorder but it is not recording windows media player. is there a setting
in total recorder that needs changing to record the analog sound?
Thanks!
Steve

Hi,
Total recorder should do it. You need to play the annalog sound generated
from a midi file then record it in a .wav file.
Hope this helps.

Hi listers.
I know this must be simple but I'm really out of it somehow.
I have a midi sequence file that plays on windows media player. I'm
trying to figure out a way to get it in to soundforge so I can burn it on
a cd. Is there a way to change file type or to get sound forge or total
recordder to record this file as it's playing?
Thanks for your help!
Steve
