hi Garry: What version of iVocalize are you using? Version 3 or 4? I'm sure you don't need to use the Window's restore function. I will email you the executable file for the version that you have. By the way, if you are a JAWS user, and you don't have scripts for your IVocalize client version, I will send you those as well.
