If you're referring to the passage on the Poikosoft home page that I think
you are, I think it's saying that Easy CD-DA Extractor will support the AAC
file format (a Nero-specific format?) if (that is, only if) you also have
Nero installed. I've got Nero installed (It came with my CD drive), but I've
never used it. So I can't say if my reading of the passage on the Poikisoft
home page is correct.

The program is called Easy CDDa Extractor. It is extremely
speech-friendly. I am not sure of the exact price, but I don't in any way
regret paying it. It's primarily for ripping CD's, but it will also
create
them, and convert from one file format to another.
