Hi there,
You can use CDex to record your talking books. I personally prefer to use a program like total recorder or goldwave. With these programs you can actually do the recording faster, plus you can edit the recorded file if needed. But of coarse total recorder and goldwave are not freeware. With CDex, you first must connect a player that can play the tapes up to the line in jack on the back of your computer.
