The program from webbie.org.uk is ok, but if you want a lot more control and the ability to schedule downloads, iPodder is the very best program I've found for it. It's got a few little accessibility hoops to jump through, but for the most part you should be able to do what you want.
I know someone's probably going to ask where you can download it, so here you go:
