Disregarding the Premier burner, since I haven't used it, put your cdrw in the drive. Now go to My Computer, arrow to that drive, and hit either shift-F10 or your application key. Arrow through the resulting menu and one of your choices should be Erase CDRW. Try that, and ask if there are any complications.
