No, the mp3 Plugin does indeed go to 320 bit. The problem that I was having
was that, if the origional recording is low quality, For Example, 64 Kbps,
22,050 Hz, then it would appear that the highst bit rate is 128.  However if
you begin with a high quality recording, you can choose 320 bit.
