I'm trying to convert ogg vorbis files to mp3 files and I'm encountering an error I don't know how to solve. The error message is: Failed to open stream to convert pcm to mp3 I was able to convert the ogg vorbis file to a wav file, but I get the above error when I attempt to convert either the ogg vorbis file to mp3 or the wav file to mp3. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
