This is for a friend,He has 2 DVD's drives on a new Dell computer, he can copy a DVD to the hard drive but when he goes to burn it to a DVD he gets the 2 messages below.He can also burn copy guarded DVd's with another program. This works copying on the fly and to the hard drive.
So I think the error is a Nero software issue.

Remember to mention that I can successfully burn the image to my desktop. The error comes when I try to burn to a dvd-r. I get 2 messages in the error message 1. invalid field in command and 2. could not perform fixation. The program is called nero smart start.
