are you aware still that legal files can also be exchanged via the P2P networks?

as far as no reference to copyrighted material is made on the messages, I don't 
see the point about disallowing discussions on such topics.

after all, millions and millions users are using Peer to peer every day and 
like it or not, it's definitly a thing of the present and more and more in the 
future.
