You may need to upgrade your version of Jaws. Try using a newer version of Jaws in demo mode and see if that works for you. Might be worth a try, at least.

a few weeks ago I downloaded Ntrack studio.  it did not work, I could not
read the menus at all.
I un installed it and installed it again an now when I press the alt key
all I get is the top of the menus such as file edit and track and so on
and so on.
when I press the down arrow to read the choices all it says is to move to
items press up or down arrow, but when I do this it does not say nothing.
can any one help me out Am I the only one with this problem.  I am using
jfw 4.2 with win XP.
