Hello Gary,
The movie sound doesn't start when you insert the dvd. When you insert the dvd a section of the song Georgia on my Mind comes up and plays over and over and over. To escape this trap you have to get into the context menu and arrow down to either play or next track. Hit enter and if all goes well the annoying repeating song segment will stop and the movie soundtrack will begin. Remember that you can't activate the dvs until you get into the movie soundtrack.
