Hi, Louie What you do is copy files from your computer's hard drive, CD, or wherever you have them, onto the MP3 player. If the "removable Drive" folder doesn't appear when you plug in the Muvo to your USB port, you should be able to find it in "My computer." If you have problems, let me know.
