Hi, I called rfbd and after trying several authorization keys finally got a working one. The woman I talked to told me the user name and the key must be typed in caps which I didn't know. She also asked me for the hardware fingerprint before she gave me the new key(s).
So now victor is working on my office computer and I'll have to cal again when I get home to get that system working.
