Went on to that site and foound that I had to get WE 5.0 to redraw the screen and then the screen displayed correctly.
I found that the second button that just said "button" was the Winamp feed.

Subject: could somebody take a look at this site?
Hi all, sorry for the convolluted subject line, but there's a radio station in baja California Mexico that just came on the air, and the url I was given was http://cbcmx.no-ip.com/ and it is a vallid url, but what happens is that the no-ip.com address connected with the url opens up a pop up window, and when this window opens up, as far as I can tell, I get an illegal operations message with this site, and my computer locked up both times, and had to press the reset button, and re-boot, but this seems to only happen on the first session of internet explorer, and if scandisk has been run, then everything is fine, but it didn't do it this session, but here's the illegal operations message with window-eyes 5.0, 192 megs of ram, a 400 megs processor, and explorer 6 service pack 1 with all updates, and windows 98 se. I wonder what another url for this site might be, since no-ip.com has to do with domaines and such.
